To me, teaching is very important to our children, since they are the leaders for our future, we should give it big interest. If the students didn't learn in our way, we should change our way not the student, each one of them has his own way to learn, and that what we should observe and setting our learning goals depend on it.
I believe in child-centered education, and to incorporate it with reconceptualism and poststructuralism, to integrating values, principles and practices, to ensure equity, diversity and maximal learning. To transfer the view of child development from the Micro layer (in school) to Macro layer (extended view to social dynamics).
Special need child are also a good learners, we should learn how to deal with and teach them since they also have the right to learn. It is very easy to deal with them and teach them, just take a deep breath and be patient.
It is very important to follow up on the new updates for educational programs and applications to make our students more interactive and cooperative.
We should apply TPACK in our teaching plan, to let our students more engaged to the learning activities, more attractive, and to develop their skills with the requirements of the times.
My big aim, to let disability be ability, to achieve "No child left behind", to teach every child, to let our future be more prosperous.
